There's nothing quite like individual support in times of loss. It is the honor of my life to sit with those that are navigating the most challenging transitions and shifts in their lives.

There are three ways that I work with people privately. Please reach out if you have any questions.

1:1 Grief Guidance
(virtual + in-person)
A one-on-one space for compassionate conversation, reflection, and support as you navigate life after loss. Whether we meet virtually or in person, you are invited to share your story and explore what you’re carrying in a grounded, supportive environment. Come as you are and be gently witnessed along the way.

Reiki
for Grief Support
A quiet, restorative session using Reiki energy work to support relaxation, nervous system balance, and emotional well-being. Grief can be held deeply in the body, and Reiki offers a gentle way to soften, settle, and restore. Simply rest while your body receives what it needs.

Integrated Support
(Reiki + Guidance)
An integrative session that brings together grief guidance and Reiki energy work to support the full experience of grief. Through both conversation and restorative care, we create space to tend what you are carrying—mind, body, heart, and spirit. This approach honors grief as a whole-human journey, offering both expression and rest.
How to Begin
Many people choose to start with a free 30-minute consultation. We can uncover questions that you might about receiving grief support, and you can get to know me and my style. My goal is to provide you with the information you need to make a good decision for yourself about what type of support you need right now.
Schedule a Session
Ready to try a session? One-on-one sessions offer a space to be with your grief in a way that feels supported and aligned with your needs. Whether you’re drawn to grief guidance, Reiki, or a combination of both, my intention is to meet you where you are and support you in finding what feels most helpful right now.
What to Expect
After our initial conversation, we will decide on a rhythm of sessions that works well for you. If you are in my local area, we will meet in person and if not - we'll meet by Zoom!

We will begin by getting to know one another, and my favorite part of the process is learning about you and your unique story of loss. We will take inventory together of where you are at in your healing journey, where you are headed, and how we can get there together.
About Peer Support
Peer support is about finding connection through shared experiences. Sometimes, the best support comes from those who truly understand what you’re going through—people who offer empathy rooted in their own personal experiences of loss.

Our work together will be guided by your unique needs. With a focus on rebuilding trust in life, we’ll explore ways to tend to your broken heart, heal the areas of your mind, body, and spirit that need care, realign with your new reality, and find meaningful ways for you to express your story.

I am here to witness your pain, offer a listening ear, and work with you to discover your path forward. Together, we’ll engage in practical mind, body, and spirit grief practices, helping you build your own Grief Tending Kit.
