Grief & loss are full mind, body, and spirit experiences that requires a whole-human response.
Learn how to care for yourself as you begin again in a world that has been turned upside down.
Our work together is personalized to meet you where you are at on your grief journey. I've build a framework of Grief Practices that are designed to help you build your own Grief Tending Kit so that you have practical techniques to turn to when you need them.

Tend. Practices of Protection.
It's okay - and completely necessary - to move inward to tend to your broken heart. We will explore grounding techniques to find stability.
Mend. Practices of Restoration
Grief is exhausting and requires rest and deep nourishment of our mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will find ways for you to build the strength you need to be "out" in the world.
Align. Practices of {Re}alignment
Loss changes our lives - you are different now. Realigning with your new reality can be a very vulnerable experience, but there is opportunity to find beauty once again.
Create. Practices of Expression
Grief begs to be expressed and witnessed. Allow your story to move through you and out into the world through various forms of expression.

Serve. Practices of Service
When you are ready, extending a hand to help others is how we build healing capacity within ourselves and our communities.

Our work together honors the cyclical and seasonal nature of grief. As we intentionally work with our grief, we begin to notice the shifts in our pain over time as we allow grief to move through us.

Befriending Grief Membership Circle provides a nourishing space to come together on a regular basis to learn and practice mind/body/spirit grief techniques, share stories and our loved ones, gain insights and wisdom from each other, and special rituals and workshops designed with nature's rhythm.
What's Included?
Weekly Gatherings
Members gather on a weekly basis with a simple agenda: to make space for our own grief and to witness one another's grief experiences.

Our weekly time together is an anchor that we can rely on and look forward to throughout the rest of the week.
Grief Resource Hub
Members have access to an evolving, curated hub of mind/body/spirit grief practices that have been recorded and archived over time that can be returned to over and over again for those times when we need comfort at our fingertips.
Monthly Grief Immersions
Tapping into the power of nature's rhythms, we are reminded of our place in the world and find comfort there.
We will gather each month to honor this connection and build our Grief Tending Kit of grief practices that provide stability in a shaking world.

Each session will be recorded and made available to participants, so if you need to miss a week, you can still stay connected to the circle through the replay.
Community and Belonging
The Befriending Grief Circle is a closed group, ensuring that the same participants join each week. This creates a deep sense of trust, connection, and belonging as you journey together over 10 weeks.
