Hello, I'm Andrea

Grief has been one of my greatest teachers.

​

After decades of living through profound losses, endings, illness, caregiving, and change, I've come to understand grief not as something we need to overcome, but as a natural response to the many ways life asks us to let go.

​

Today, I create spaces where grief can be witnessed, tended, expressed, and explored through conversation, community, ritual, movement, Reiki, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

​

I believe there is wisdom in our grief. And that when we give ourselves permission to be changed by what we've lived through, we begin to discover the person waiting to emerge on the other side of an ending.
