Grief Work is Soul Work
Develop a relationship with grief through mind, body, and spirit grief practices and rituals with a supportive, nurturing community.
Welcome to a hub of grief practices, support, and empowerment tools that lead to shared wisdom to those navigating loss.
Create a sense of personal power and strength that results from being supported by a community.
Our work together honors the cyclical and seasonal nature of grief. As we intentionally work with our grief, we begin to notice the shifts in our pain over time.
Joining a Grief Circle is the perfect place to begin.

We gather live weekly to explore themes through carefully curated mind, body, and spirit practices that are designed for you to integrate into your daily life - practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit and that are aligned with the rhythms of Nature.

Our grief circle is a sacred space designed to support those navigating the complexities of grief. Rooted in the tradition of communal grieving, we meet weekly to share, listen, and connect in a safe and supportive environment. Here, grief is witnessed without advice, allowing each participant's story to be honored and held with compassion. The circle emphasizes the power of community and the healing that comes from being seen and heard in our deepest pain. This journey is about returning to the ancestral practice of grieving together, fostering a sense of belonging during what can be a very lonely and isolating time.
Hello, I'm Andrea
After spending three decades healing from profound losses, I am dedicating my life to supporting others on their grief journey - a path that can feel lonely, isolating, and often frightening. Much of this loneliness stems from a society that misunderstands or overlooks the importance of engaging with grief.

Drawing from my own experiences of losing two brothers to suicide, my own survivorship of two cancer diagnoses, the recent loss of my parents within four weeks of one another - along with the more typical and predictable yet often ignored life transitions, My offerings are open to all experiences of loss, but my personal experiences include suicide loss, anticipatory loss of aging parents, grief associated with cancer diagnoses, pet loss, and transitional loss that occurs within the big changes in our lives.

I believe in the power of community to help us heal our broken hearts. We need each other. I am here to bring grievers together so that our stories are seen and heard, our grief witnessed, and our healing nurtured.
Together, we can deepen our connection to ourselves, to the natural world, and to one another.
Feeling alone in your grief? Are you craving something deeper and more meaningful and know that there is more to all of this than what we've been taught and told?
The truth is that in our modern culture, we ARE missing out on the transformative power that is possible when we actively engage with the grieving process.
Through my offerings, I am here to help demystify this process and to walk hand-in-hand with you through this difficult time in your life.
